In 2007, the company was acquired by the Emirates-based Zenath Group for approximately AED 300 million. This acquisition sparked a period of growth and modernization, which included updating manufacturing facilities, expanding staff, and adopting international quality standards across production. In 2016, Siniora Food Industries, a leading regional meat producer, together with a private equity partner, acquired a 70% stake in Diamond Meat Processing, the owner of the Al Masa brand. By 2019, Siniora, a subsidiary of the Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC), had completed the acquisition by securing full ownership, fully integrating the company into its broader regional operations.
